what do you think about this situation?
it's awful. korea workers like working machine.

why korean works harder than the other country?
as some of you might know, japanese & korean work hard.
the cause of this situation is organization splits.

the higher officer thought staff work harder than them as normal. more over, staffs used to leaving office more late than their higher officer.
so, staffs work hard at afternoon only. staff thought that we will get out office after our higher office leave anyhow.
